- Represented a corporation and its owner in a highly publicized felony water pollution case prosecuted jointly by county prosecutors and the Oregon Department of Justice, including a five-day evidentiary hearing on scientific evidence admissibility
- Represented a business trust in a major felony air pollution case, also a joint county/DOJ prosecution
- Representing an executive in a federal criminal prosecution involving a multi-state, multi-industry investment program
- Representing a regional bank in connection with numerous investigations into suspected fraud relating to subprime mortgages
- Represented defendants facing various controlled substance felony charges, in both state and federal courts
- Prepared the appellate briefs, in a case before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, on behalf of a group of American investors suing the Colombian government
